Still have the protective wrap on the outside, but seems like the fade looks pretty good...

New Project : Candy Crown

So, I finally found some time to work on this Yokomo Crown body I have had for a while. When I first got it, I could decide what I wanted to do. Then after I figured out that I wanted a vip-ish street drifter, I then had no time to work on it. Well finally put some work in and this is what I have so far.

Maked hood & window molding. Chrome grill, window trim, and side moldings. And now Lime Flake body, with candy Yellow and candy Smoke fade. Just need a good backing color & and something new for the hood. I have a few ideas, but well see...

Out of hibernation

I just pulled my car out of hibernation for an upcoming track event on the 20th...
So I decided to bring out an old S14 shell out of hibernation as well. This body with all the lights, seems to work a lot better then my smoke chaser body. I think it's because it a lot more weight up front...


Can't wait to do a little more driving with them both!

prototype R35...

Today, I really got hooked up. I was able to acquire new HPI R35 GTR shell before it's even been released!!!

I am so stoked... From the pictures, I guess you can see I already have an idea for a replica I have been wanting to make for a while now.

So here she comes....
